Last Sunday was too beautiful a day for just one wedding, the masochist that I am we actually did cupcakes for two weddings. The second wedding was held at Le Saint Gabriel in Montreal's Old Port. Our custom white cupcake tower was adorned with chocolate, espresso, red velvet, lemon, and vanilla cupcakes all topped with like flavoured buttercream and handmade fondant white bows. The tower was topped with a 6" fondant covered cake with a handmade fondant wedding dress and tuxedo as a topper. Also provided for this wedding were 5 dozen individually packaged mini cupcakes with silver dragees for each of the guests to take home.
