Last Sunday was a beautiful day for a wedding. There was not a cloud in the sky and the leaves were at the peak of their fall colours. This cupcake tower was provided for a wedding an hour west of Montreal being held at a sugar shack. To go along with the sugar shack theme the 15 dozen vanilla and vietnamese cinnamon cupcakes were frosted with maple buttercream and topped with fondant orange leaves and brown and yellow flower blossoms. The custom cupcake tower was topped with a matching 6" fondant covered cutting cake.
