The bride and groom both love black forest cake so for their wedding we made black forest cupcakes; chocolate cupcakes filled with our special homemade bing cherry filling topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
The wedding colour scheme was black and red so we also made red velvet cupcakes topped with red and black fondant daisy gerberas.
Since the black forest cupcakes had to stay refrigerated the caterer took care of the setup. I would have distributed the red velvet cupcakes more evenly, but then again I am a bit of a control freak.
