Our table at Puces Pop was a HUGE success! I met hoards of cupcake lovers of all ages and sold out both days, that's over 500 cupcakes!
I have become so accustomed to dropping off cupcakes at events and not seeing people eating them that it was fun to see everyone's reactions as they bit into their cupcakes.
Saturday's Cupcake Flavours included:
- vegan chocolate cupcakes with vegan chocolate ganache
- chocolate orange cupcakes with chocolate buttercream
- red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting
- lemon cupcakes filled with lemon curd topped with lemon buttercream
- vanilla chocolate chip cupcakes topped with milk chocolate ganache
- black forest cupcakes
- vanilla cupcakes filled with whipped cream topped with chocolate ganache
Sunday's Cupcake Flavours included:
- chocolate cupcakes filled with chocolate ganache topped with peanut butter icing
- red velvet cupcakes
- black forest cupcakes
- vanilla cupcakes with rose scented vanilla buttercream
- chocolate cupcakes with green tea frosting
- chocolate cupcakes with chocolate, vanilla or lemon buttercream
The crowd favourites were definitely the vegan chocolate cupcakes with vegan chocolate ganache and the red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
I hope to participate in more fairs this summer so stay tuned!
